These General Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Client" or "User") and BitVolut. By accessing, using, or registering an account on https://bitvolut-ai.net, you expressly confirm that you have read, understood, and are bound by the following terms.

1. Eligibility for Use and Account Security

Use of the BitVolut infrastructure is strictly limited to individuals who have reached the age of 18 and are fully capable of acting under Swiss law. You assume absolute, non-transferable responsibility for maintaining the confidentiality of your access data and the codes for two-factor authentication (2FA).

2. Type of Service (Execution-Only / Pure Software Solution)

BitVolut is designed as an advanced technical interface that provides users with market data aggregation, charting tools, and AI-driven analytical indicators.

  • No Investment Advice: We act exclusively as a technology and software provider. We do not offer financial, tax, or legal advice, and our platform data may under no circumstances be interpreted as such. BitVolut is neither a bank nor a securities dealer and, as a pure technology provider, is not subject to the direct licensing obligations of the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA).
  • Client Autonomy: Any market action executed based on our platform's metrics is undertaken entirely at the client's sole discretion and risk.

Legal Risk Notice

Participation in digital asset (cryptocurrency), derivatives, and global financial markets carries an extraordinarily high financial risk. Assets are subject to extreme volatility and rapid, unpredictable losses in value. Our artificial intelligence models calculate probabilities based on historical data; they cannot predict future market anomalies and offer absolutely no guarantee of profitability. 3. Prohibited Actions and Account Suspension

Any violation of the following security protocols will result in immediate, permanent account suspension and potential reporting to the relevant Swiss authorities (e.g., Money Laundering Reporting Office Switzerland MROS):

  • Use of the platform to facilitate money laundering, terrorist financing, or tax evasion.
  • Use of unauthorized scraping bots, malicious code, or attempts to reverse-engineer our proprietary trading algorithms.
  • Engagement in coordinated activities to disrupt server load (DDoS) or manipulate platform functionality.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by the Swiss Code of Obligations (OR), BitVolut, its directors, and technical partners exclude all liability for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. This includes, in particular, severe capital losses or data corruption resulting from API latencies, failures of third-party providers (Liquidity Providers), or extreme market events.

5. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

This agreement is governed by the substantive laws of Switzerland, to the exclusion of its conflict of laws provisions. For all disputes, claims, or disagreements arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform that cannot be settled internally, the ordinary courts of the Canton of Geneva shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
